Section purchasers need to obtain written approval from Halswell Country Estates for any dwelling before making an application for building consent to Christchurch City Council.

Low-Pressure Sewer System Requirements
As a condition of our Subdivision Consent, Christchurch City Council requires the installation of a low-pressure sewer pump system at the purchaser’s expense, along with the completion of the house sewer drain works.

Are Covenants included?
We have a number of convenants in place to ensure each dwelling our subdivision is up to the same Halswell Country Estate standards.
Location
The site address is 50 Quaifes Road, Halswell, Christchurch, legally described as Lots 2 DP 575942. The 1.6013ha site, zoned ‘Residential New Neighbourhood Zone’ is positioned on the northern side of Quaifes Road.
Geotech Report
These sections are TC2 and individual site-specific Geotech reports verifying the rating will be supplied to each purchaser as soon as the earthworks are completed.
Boundary Fencing Included
The Vendor will install all boundary fences, except for road frontages and ROW access boundaries, at no cost to the purchaser.
